Managing Partner
Joseph Fu
Joseph Fu is a Certified Public Accountant qualified in Hong Kong and the UK, and a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has served as a council member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong for many years and was the Institute’s president in 2002 and 2003.
Joseph founded the firm to provide individuals and local businesses with access to professional accounting services. With over 30 years of accounting and financial management experience, he was named one of Hong Kong and China’s top advisors by the International Tax Review in 1998, 1999 and from 2003 to 2006, and by Euromoney in 2002.
As part of a World Bank-sponsored fiscal policy project, Joseph advised China’s Ministry of Finance and The State Administration of Taxation on tax policy issues.
Joseph was a member of the Appeal Panel (Housing) (2006 – 2012), the Travel Industry Compensation Fund Management Board (2005 – 2011), the Inbound Committee (2006 – 2011) and a lay member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal Panel (2003 – 2009).

Dominic Fu
Dominic Fu leads our audit practice and the development of technologies for risk and tax management solutions.
Dominic worked as trainee engineer for listed engineering companies in the U.S. and China, and joined JFU at the inception of the firm in 2007 to pursue a career in audit, risk management and internal control. He has now been with JFU for over 10 years.
Dominic studied in Canada, obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics from the University of British Columbia. He has obtained his practicing certificate and is a Certified Public Accountant qualified in Hong Kong, and a Chartered Professional Accountant qualified in Canada.

Candy Tuen
Candy Tuen is director of JFU Company Services Limited and leads our corporate services including company secretarial, accounting and tax compliance services.
Before joining JFU, Candy worked with Deloitte and Ernst & Young and has been in the tax and accounting profession for over 15 years.
Candy studied in the UK, obtained a Bachelor degree in Statistics and Management Science and a Master degree in Operational Research from the Lancaster University. She is a Certified Public Accountant qualified in the U.S.
Lucy Liu
Lucy oversees JFU's in-house finance operations in Beijing and Shanghai, coordinating audit, accounting, and tax workflows between our Vancouver and Asia offices. With extensive experience in financial operations, she ensures smooth service delivery to clients. A member of the JFU team since its inception in 2007, Lucy has served as financial controller for various industries. She holds a Bachelor's in International Enterprise Management from Jilin University and has studied Finance at Beijing University, continually expanding her expertise in accounting, finance, and tax.

Lynn Dou
Lynn manages financial accounting, tax planning, and enterprise risk management services in mainland China and supports audit operations in the Hong Kong office. Since joining JFU Consultants in 2017, she has served corporate clients across industries such as finance, manufacturing, real estate, retail, and services. Lynn holds a Bachelor's in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Sheffield.
